PLC Data Acquisition IoT Solution for Die-Casting and Welding Integrated Machine

 

The die-casting and welding machine in an auto parts workshop uses a Siemens S7-1200 PLC, handling digital (motor/valve status, etc.) and analog (pressure, temperature, etc.) signals for automated production.

 

To display PLC data on the MES dashboard, WideIOT provides an IoT solution: deploy an industrial smart gateway to connect to the PLC, collect real-time status and parameters, and transmit them via Ethernet to the MES dashboard.
